The Pasadena's unique Art Deco design transported me back to the 1920s. It was like staying in a glamorous time machine. The staff was superb.
Such a shame there wasn't a lift for the disabled rooms. Dragging heavy suitcases up steep stairs added an extra fun challenge to my visit.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of Pasadena Sydney. The decoration was elegant yet welcoming, with beautiful furnishings and artwork. The hotel's general areas were impeccably maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff were always there to assist me in navigating the property and were incredibly patient and helpful. It made my stay all the more enjoyable.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is the addition of handrails in certain areas, especially in the hallways and staircases. It would provide extra support and stability, ensuring that seniors can move around with ease and confidence.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a charming and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself, making it easy to navigate and enjoy the surroundings.
It would have been nice if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests, providing assistance and ensuring a more comfortable vacation experience.
